Only heaters in two bedrooms, rest of flat was very cold. One night, it was very windy outside. The flat door had gaps and so felt like a gale blowing through. Left day before was planned to. No cleaning stuff to sweep up. No tea towel to dry pots. No plug in sink to wash pots properly. Shelves in oven were dirty, had to clean before use. Showers didn't work properly. Smoke alarm in kitchen had plastic bag taped over it. Door handle to main bedroom broke, so couldn't close properly. No sofa to sit on. Bed not very comfy. Picture of the flats on ad very deceiving as not the actual place. Some of the ceiling lights and bedside lamp didn't work.

Good location, clean, cheap.

Smoke alarm missing. No heating in bathroom. Toilet trickling constantly. Front door left open all day. Emergency lighting directly above bed. Carpet torn. No plug for bathroom sink. Not serviced so no one to ask for help with TV, WiFi etc.

Room was noisy, water pipes making excessive noises every 10 mins, come to go out for a meal but couldnt lock the door!!! Avoid at all costs, we ended up going across the road to a premiere inn.

Harbour Flats are a disgrace

Sorry to say I will not be recommending Harbour Flats Mould all over the bathroom Wifi didnt work due to no internet connection Fridge frooze everything like the milk etc Couldnt shower as it tripped the electric On return to the flat after a day out there was no power Had to supply my mum with quilt and heater as it was so cold Tv didnt work Plug sockets sparked when in use and removing plugs.

The location was brilliant and easy to get to

The property was cold damp smelling the rooms weren’t very nice the beds were small the middle room had the light and fitting left on the wardrobe top not attached and had to rely on a lamp . The property sleeps 6 but only has 3 chairs in the kitchen . The WiFi dosent work the tv’s don’t work the shower leaked all over the bathroom the heaters don’t heat the whole property and the noise from the people upstairs kept us awake till gone midnight.

Shockingly bad

The location is great

It was unclean, there were empty beer cans and a shot glass used as an ashtray in one room, full bin bags in the kitchen on the floor - the showers have hot water for 2 mins - the windows have huge gaps in the side so gales are blowing in the bedroom, it was freezing. Oh and the Wi-Fi wasn't working either.

When we arrived to the property, the main door was open and when we tried to shut the door it would not close which made us feel uncomfortable as we didn’t know who could just walk in and out. When we got the room the correct code for the key was already put in so we didn’t know who could have got in. When we got inside the carpets were damp and everywhere was cold. We attempted to put the heating on in the downstairs bedroom but it didn’t work as it should. The balcony door didn’t have a lock and would slide far enough for anyone to get in. When we got upstairs, the kitchen had a weird smell around the fridge and there was rubbish in the kitchen. When looking at the other rooms there was a massive hole in the wall and a burnt iron print on the carpet. There was hair in the bed and stains on the bed sheets. There was also no proper lock on the door and it kept us very on edge. The mattress was also really worn down and we could feel the springs.

okay to use as a base if you don't plan to spend anytime here unless you are sleeping.

the location of the property was great. right in front on the mini golf course, around 2 minute walk to the pier and arcades. the unit itself is very spacious. we originally couldn't get into the property but was able to contact the landlord quite easily.

the mattress's need to be replaced, all you can feel are the springs. the decor is very old and hasn't been done to a very good finish or finish at all. the seating area is a tables and chairs. there is no couch for comfort. nowhere you can sit as a family. the WIFI is very slow and intermittent. ( we didn't use this) I never got given my instructions to get into the property and had to call them when we arrived as there is no one to speak to when there. we booked for 2 nights and We left after 1 night as wasn't comfy enough to stay another night. there was no handle to 1 of the bedrooms so the door could not be closed or open from the inside. also the lamp in their kids room had no light bulb so had to move 1 from the main bedroom. (some things only minor but still things that need to be fixed)

Good value

After reading reviews was very sceptical. However, apartment was clean and well equipped. Heating worked & we had all we needed apart from a lack of dining chairs (3 when there were 6 of us) There was a smell of weed from other rooms was my only negative

Awful

Nothing the property is in need of some repairs and decoration handles on doors missing lights that don’t work and zero heating in freezing cold conditions yet they advertise that they have heating

There was zero heating it was freezing and at no point was we pre advised dispite them being aware I was travelling with a young child age 2, to expect a child or anyone in such temperatures to stay and charge them is disgusting, I’ve tried to raise but clearly they are happy taking your money dispite the fact we had to leave the property at 11.30pm an drive 2 hours home because it was unbearable cold so we didn’t even stay. It’s disgusting that they still want to keep money it was a waste of trip as we had planned to have the day in Skegness hence the overnight which we didnt get to do Dispite complaining they don’t care and I will be taking the matter further but I would advise avoid this place.

The apartment was quiet spacious, big kitchen, lots of storage space, nice view, close to restaurants and other activities, nice of the owner to lets us have extra time for checkout that was big help

Only two electric heater was working in whole apartment and as it is winter it was freezing cold in kitchen Fixtures need updating eg taps in bathroom and shower sliding doors kind of hanging

The smell of the propery and rooms were unpleasant. The main bedroom had no door handle on the inside so if the door was to be accidently closed there is no way out unless someone else there to open from outside which was a concern.

Girls weekend

Absolutely lovely. Very clean and helpful. Was a problem with the shower but it was fixed quite quickly. Very spacious.

Needs to be a sofa in the kitchen area so you can socialise. There was a table and chairs but they're a bit hard on the back.

Terrible

The cleanliness of the room wasn't an issue can't fault that could have been better but wasn't the worst however the general maintainace for what we paid was disgusting looked run down on arrival and when entering building we didn't receive details to enter the building had to phone up for those after arrival time . It states no pets however flat above had a dog that barked constantly as well as late at night sounded like they were partying and our younger children couldn't sleep wont be returning and won't recommend

Basic value for money On the sea front Clean Found parking at the back of the property and further up the street this should be made clear

Great place to stay

The place was close to all attractions, great value for money. Had all in the appartment that you needed, microwave, kettle, fridge etc. The beds were comfortable and clean just like the rooms. Lots of places to visit like the seal sanctuary just across the road, the donkey sanctuary in Hutoft just a short drive away that is home to Derrick the tallest donkey in the world, yes thats true, and all his friends. "Donna nook" to look where the seals come to the beach to birth their calfs between October and December and if your lucky you will see it happen. Plenty of Bars to get a drink or food.

The windows all needed cleaning, infact they needed replacing because we couldnt close them properly and it would also make the building look so much nicer. The main entrance door didnt always lock ptoperly. It didnt affect our stay and we would still stay there again.

Location was good

Arrived an no electricity, tried to charge me an extra £5 saying booking.com charged me wrong. Exposed wires on the ceiling, split milk left in the fridge, marks all over the walls and paint chipped off, false nails left on carpet, eyelash in bathroom, shower door doesn’t close, hot water either freezing or boiling hot, broken glass outside the properties front door very unsafe for younger children

Dreadful! Did not stay!

We did not even stay here! We walked in and straight back out!

Outside there were empty beer bottles and cans. Rubbish in the entrance. There was a drunk in the front garden drinking beer. The accommodation did not look like the pictures advertised and we waiting for booking. Com to get us a refund! We had to book and pay for alternative accommodation. When we walked passed later in the day there was a protest outside being controlled by police! So glad we left.

The whole place was dirty, windows were filthy ,you could not lock the door to the room once locked you could gently push it and it would come open ,it actually smelt like a cannabis farm, we didn't stay here so a waste of money trying to contact the owner was impossible I have contacted Lincolnshire District Council as this place should not be used for farm animals let alone humans, Worst experience ever

Good value for money

The location of the property . Ease of self service check in. I had to message a few times with queries and they were very prompt with replies. Plenty of free individual bottles of toiletries, tea coffee sugar and coffee sachets. TV was a smart TV so accred to all channels even Spotify for music, pod cast etc. Great value for money will definitely book again.

Someone closed the fire door this morning I couldn't open it which caused concern if a fire did occur. The flat next to me helped me open the door after a struggle we managed to open it. The outside and hallway looked distressed so wasn't expecting a lot when I opened my flat door but obviously got a pleasant surprise.

Location was amazing. Pay and display car park close by which was reasonably priced. Generously sized rooms one of which had a small balcony

Not particularly clean, windows filthy, dust, cobwebs in all rooms and mould in bathroom. Shower cubicle door didn't shut properly no bathroom mat or hand towel. Half empty 4 pint carton of milk left in fridge!

When we arrived it looked like a shithole .was hard to get in .got sorted in the end .. you need to spend some money on a new door at front .clean curtains at bottom windows and clean windows.. and I think you need someone in to keep a eye on stuff. Cos people was kicking off at 1am till late xxxxx

The dirtiness shower room mouldy and dirty kitchen stank Beds uncomfortable and smelt mouldy and damp. Struggles to get into building and when we did at 445pm the cleaner was still here and I said its meant to be ready at 3 he said no 3-4 we got in at 510 after a 6 hour trip we were made to wait in the hallway until he had finished. No living room ro relax just a smelly kitchen and bedroom

The location was great.

The property wasn’t very clean, needs a thorough deep clean throughout. There was limited hot water for a shower, ran warm for around 3 mins and then went freezing cold. The taps barely ran any water and the toilet wouldn’t fill bad up to be able to flush it.

A night in Skegness

Close to entertainment that suited us. The pier, some pubs with food and music.

Parking was included but not at the actual hotel. In an alleyway some distance away.

Great location, not bad on value dont have high standards

The location was fantastic, it has 2 bathrooms

There was no terrace, the second bedroom have 3 single beds no side lamps worked the corridor lights worked now and again. The fridge its very tiny not ideal for self catering we had to throw some food, it was also very smelly. The water is scolding hot for about 2 minutes and then it's freezing so dont wash the pots and expect to be able to have a warm shower. Security isn't great the lock is flimsy and we came back in the afternoon and someone had tried the correct code in the key lock luckily we took the key with us. The table and chairs in dinner area need looking at sit on them carefully.

The bedrooms were spacious and beds clean and comfy. Very good communication with owner.

It was very run down outside when 1st entering. Could do with a good paint. The bathroom wasn’t very clean and the door of the shower cabinet was hanging off. Couldn’t get in shower very easily either. No plug for the kitchen sink, windows were very dirty and the fridge was a mini fridge, no baking trays for oven and no grill pan. No table to eat meals at either.
