The location of the facility is excellent. It is located in a great neighborhood, there are not many vehicles passing by on the street, so the noise is not terrible. Monastiraki, Plaka, Ermou Street are within a 2-3 minute walk. There are numerous taverns and bars in the immediate vicinity.

The apartment has some minor flaws, but nothing that would compromise comfort and functionality. It would be nice if there was a table, at least for the terrace.

Everything about the property was amazing, seeing the bad reviews last second threw me off n i wasn’t expecting much out of the room, but once i got there it was nice everything’s clean and ready to use, the balcony has a great view of little kooks, its looks nice at night, and the room itself was very comfortable.

Everything was nice there wasn’t much i didn’t like, the shower dosent close so a little bit of water would come out sometimes but it wasn’t a big deal other then that the room was perfect, i would recommend it.

הם כתבו שהם עונים במייל, נתקעתי בלי אפשרות להיכנס לדירה, כיוון שהיו לי בעיות קליטה, לא יכולתי לראות מיילים ישנים ששלחו - ולא את ההוראות איפה הדירה בתוך הבנין. יכולתי רק לכתוב מיילים חדשים למארחים ולקבל מהם תשובה, ישבתי על המדרגות בבניין, בלי לדעת להיכן להיכנס.... כעסתי מאד שאי אפשר לתקשר דרך המייל (רק דרך ההודעות באתר, וכאמור לא יכולתי להיכנס לאתר) בסוף אחרי שעות של אכזבה ברחוב, מצאתי חיבור לאתר שם היה כתוב הוראות מדויקות לאן להיכנס. ומאז הכל היה נפלא. אולם בבקשה ! אם אי אפשר לתקשר איתכם במייל - אל תכתבו זאת ! תכתבו שההתקשרות היא לא במייל אלא באתר בלבד.

La cama era cómoda y la ubicación es perfecta

El baño no estaba en buenas condiciones, es el típico que se reformó con malas calidades. El lavabo está descolgado y los toalleros también, pero no nos importó demasiado.
