You won’t find another like Lakeview Falls! Walk to the water at this one of a kind property at Patoka Lake. Situated on 9 acres you will sense the peaceful, restful feeling of this retreat. Enjoy your time walking to the water, kayaking (boats provided) or hiking to the nearby rock faces. In the evenings enjoy time in the hot tub overlooking the water. With sleeping space for up to 14 people this property provides the getaway you have been looking for.
There are limited sizes of life jackets available. Please bring your own to insure fit. By booking/staying at the cabin guests agree to hold owners and management harmless for use of canoes and lifejackets. Please return all kayaks to the shelter house with the paddles.

Nice, quiet area that allows you to relax and has space to do things with kids. We really enjoyed the hot tub and playing games with the kids. Spent a couple days to detach from screens and everyday routines. Kitchen is pretty well stocked, lots of towels in bathroom, beds are comfortable. It is about 15 minute drive to a few places to eat and purchase essentials, if needed. Ashley had open communication and was easy to work with. Thank you!!

This was an enjoyable stay with family close to the Patoka Lake marinas and easily accessing French Lick. Pros: Excellent climate control to fight the hot July weather. Inside was always comfortable. The wifi was really impressive for being off the path. This really helped with pivoting to new plans and handling remote work.The outdoor gathering areas were ideal for a family of 5 catching up. Loved the pet friendly location. The dog was safe and well away from any traffic. Cons: When we arrived the cabin had not been cleaned from the previous guests. They showed up in about an hour after contacting and got everything squared away. Hot tub was broke on arrival and didn't hold water overnight. (Fixed on day 2 of the stay).The driveway to the cabin was tumultuous when we arrived. Crews came out and fixed a lot on day 2.The sink drain seemingly dismantled on the last night of the visit. The access to the lake was more difficult than depicted online. There are kayaks and if you don't mind pushing through some brush you can get out on the lake. Overall: A very nice stay. An unusual amount of visitors fixing things about the property, but they were all delightful to interact with.

The property was well maintained and clean. They provide 4 kayaks for their guest. We didn’t use them but that’s a great added bonus. Make sure you bring bug spray if you’re going to be outside much. The hot tub was really nice to enjoy after an afternoon of paintball for my achy back too. Plenty of towels, extra blankets, and pillows. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next Patoka trip!

Property was nice, beds were comfortable, plenty of pillows and blankets.Kitchen was set up nice with dinnerware, cookware and all the stuff you need, including some spices and coffee and sugar.Nice washer and dryer, hot tub was great, there is a nice grill with a picnic table on the partially covered patio. We did also use the firepit.We didnt use the available kayaks and life jackets. Using a 4 wheel drive for the driveway is suggested for the driveway, as stated in the description from the owners. I really can't imagine any more that 6 people being comfortable, with only 1 bathroom and a comfortable and spacious sectional couch, enough seating for more would be rough.Owners were helpful and accommodating.
