In the spirit of “Higher Quality” and “More Comfort”—while still maintaining a cozy and homey atmosphere—we renovated and redesigned our three vacation apartments in 2022, and a fourth apartment, built of wood, has been added to the lineup.
Starting in the summer of 2022, our four apartments will be available for rent year-round—not just in the summer, but also in the fall, winter, and spring. Every season here at Lake Millstatt has its own special charm and offers plenty of space for a wide variety of activities such as biking, running, swimming and sunbathing, golfing, hiking, skiing, snowshoeing, or simply relaxing and unwinding.
Our house at Seespitz 37 is situated in a sunny, central, peaceful location near the lake and is an ideal starting point for wonderful hikes, exciting bike tours, and relaxing days at the beach. But we also have plenty to offer in winter. Five well-known ski resorts are within a 30-minute drive. The Goldeck valley station is even just 15 minutes away. You can also set out from our house to explore some of Carinthia’s famous ski touring areas.
Right nearby (100 meters away) is a large park with access to the lake (Klingarpark) and a nice, cozy restaurant. It takes about 5 to 10 minutes on foot to reach the public swimming pools and the town center with its shops, doctors, pharmacy, banks, etc. Dogs are welcome guests here! We are a MIC-Inclusive establishment.
