Welcome to Grand Panama 2 - 504.
If you are looking for a Panama City Beach vacation rental that offers you incredible views of the world's most beautiful beach, our 2 bedroom, 2 bath vacation rental condo that sleeps up to 8 is just the spot for you and your family. The balcony here gives you the best spot for beautiful beach and gulf views as well as seeing all the action on Front Beach Road. And get ready to enjoy the magnificent sunsets in the evening. Plus, everything is so close. Taking your fur baby for a walk or enjoying the beautiful swimming pool hot tub or grilling out is just a short elevator ride from the 5th floor to the first. 2 dogs allowed up to 25 lbs only. (Pet fee is $150 per pet and resort has STRICT policy for weight limit and small breed only.) Starting Sept 1st 2024 the resort will require a $20 fee to bring your pet. Starting Dec 1st 2024 the pool and hot tub will be closed for minor repairs until Dec 6th

This condo is so popular, it rents most of the year. So, if you want to be sure your family has the luxury beach vacation they deserve, reserve it now, because it won't be available later.
You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property. During Spring Break , the minimum acceptable ratio is one (1) person 25 years of age for every two (2) persons under 25 years of age.
Note: Guests must register with the resort for parking passes and pool bands. The registration fee is $55 . This fee includes up to (1) one parking pass and armbands for each member of your party an extra pass is $35. Motorcycle parking is available at $55 per motorcycle. Adults and children 13 years of age and older are required to wear armbands while on property.
GRAND PANAMA PET STIPULATIONS: Pets are only allowed in rental properties marked pet friendly and must be disclosed at time of booking. A non-refundable pet fee is charged for anyone bringing a pet, including Emotional Support Animals. Guests who wish to bring a pet to Grand Panama must apply for a conditional license and receive a pet tag, which is to be displayed on the pet while on property. Guests must complete their animal registration form, provide proof of vaccinations, and applicable documentation for service animals to receive a pet tag. Pet tags are picked up at the front desk of tower 2. The leash law applies at all times besides in your condo. The beach, pool, and pool deck are not pet friendly areas. Conditional licenses can be revoked if the association finds the pet without a tag, is vicious, or a nuisance to guests. A pet or any evidence of a pet found on the property that was not previously disclosed by the guest is cause for eviction with forfeiture of moneys paid plus additional cleaning charges. DOGS ONLY 2 pet maximum, 25 lb weight limit

Very nice condo. I was hesitant once I realized this condo was not directly on the beach (this was our first time in PCB), however it was quick and easy access to the adjoining condo for beach access. Condo is equipped with everything you will need. It was very clean. Well decorated. Per other reviews, the beds are very comfy! Owners communicated quickly with replies for any questions I had. The area is very family orientated. We would definitely stay in this condo again. We enjoyed our stay!

The property itself was wonderful. I really recommend. It was very clean and spacious. The only issue I have is that I was charged twice for my parking tag and I have yet to receive a refund.

Upon arrival, condo was neat and clean. I was very disappointed though to learn the southern most bedroom did not have a closet and no hooks. Also the beds are too soft.
