The Space
The Owl occupies the entire main floor of the home and features large windows, plenty of natural light, and a comfortable, functional layout.
Guests enjoy:

• Three bedrooms with quality mattresses and fresh linens
• Updated full bathroom with modern finishes
• Fast Wi-Fi for remote work and streaming

The home has been extensively updated to provide a comfortable environment throughout the year.
Backyard & Pets
One of the highlights of the property is the large, fenced backyard, which provides space to relax and is especially convenient for guests travelling with children or pets.

Please note that the fence is older and has a few natural gaps. Very small dogs and determined escape artists should always be supervised.

• Foothills Medical Centre — approximately 8 minutes
• Alberta Children’s Hospital — approximately 10 minutes
• WinSport / Canada Olympic Park — approximately 10 minutes
• Downtown Calgary — approximately 15 minutes
Quick access to Highway 1 makes it easy to travel west toward Banff, Canmore, Lake Louise, and the Rocky Mountains. Groceries, coffee shops, restaurants, parks, and river pathways are also nearby.
Privacy & the Basement Suite
The property includes a fully separate, legal basement suite that may be occupied during your stay.

• The backyard and laundry area may be shared respectfully
As with many homes that include a lower suite, occasional normal household sound may be heard. We ask everyone to respect quiet hours so all guests can enjoy a comfortable stay.

The Owl comfortably accommodates up to six guests. For larger families, multiple couples, or groups wanting more room and privacy, The Owl House may be a better fit.
When available, The Owl House includes both suites and provides:

• Two full bathrooms

• Exclusive use of the entire property

Very nice little house. Very good value for your money. My only critique would be the shower. You could barely get the shampoo or conditioner out of your hair. There's literally no water pressure. Other than that it was a five-star stay

This is a cute little home, very well equipped kitchen. The backyard was great for my dog. It had everything we needed! Host was great to deal with, super easy check in. Would definitely stay here again.
