Pros:
- The home itself was very clean, and the bed sheets were incredibly soft and comfortable.
- The neighborhood was quiet, peaceful, and surrounded by beautiful mature trees.
- The host's communication was excellent, they were very responsive and easy to reach throughout our stay.
- The property is about a 20–25 minute drive from downtown, so keep that in mind if you plan on spending most of your time there.
Cons:
- While we knew the home was older, the lighting in the bedrooms was a downside. The upstairs bedrooms didn't have enough light, which made the space feel quite dim and even gave me headaches. The downstairs bathroom also felt very dated and could use some updating.
- We expected to pay a premium because it was during Stampede, but considering the nightly rate, the overall condition and finishes of the home didn't quite match the price.
- The host also requires guests to use a separate guest portal before check-in, where you're asked to choose between a non-refundable fee or a refundable security deposit with a higher hold amount. On top of that, several extras come with additional charges, including early check-in, late check-out, and even use of the fire pit.
Overall, the property was clean and located in a nice, quiet setting, and the host was great to communicate with. However, for the price we paid, we felt there were several missed opportunities and amenities that didn't quite justify the cost.

we enjoyed our stay here, however, the kitchen was not equipped with good quality kettles or utensils, making it hard to cook a meal.

The house is great with required amenities. The compound is great with a spacious deck for fresh air. I love everything about the property and will definitely choose it again.However, the air conditioning needs to be fixed though each of the rooms has a fan which may not be completely adequate during the peak period of summer.My family and I had a good time and the children enjoyed the environment.
