The location is perfect for the event we attended.Nice and clean.
It’s not that we don’t like but there should be duvet or thicker comforter coz it can be cold since it is a basement suite.

Good location
Not enough places to sit in the living room. There was just a small 3 seater couch.

Clean and spacious 2 bedroom basement apartment in a good area. Walking distance to Bowness which is a super cute area with restaurants, close to a few grocery stores, bus routes that go right DT, and I felt comfortable walking around at night. If you’re planning on going out to Banff the location is a huge time saver when you’re trying to leave early to beat all the crowds. Loved that there was a washer/dryer. The hosts are wonderful as well and if you need anything the response time is immediate.
This was not a negative for me but I wanted to note that it is quite far from the airport so if you don’t drive be prepared to take a couple of buses or an uber

The place is cleaned, and we were able to sleep fine. We are mostly out during the day and buy cooked food most of the time. I will not say that it meets all our expectations, but I'd say 80%.
Although pets are allowed, I would advise not to bring them. The location is a little far from everything.
