Our home comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests. Kindly include the correct number of guests when booking to avoid any issues.
3 bedrooms ( one queen bed, one double bed, two single beds)
one foldable/moveable guest bed
one sofa bed ( not pull out, please see pictures)
A $80 pets fee/per stay. (2 pets maximum)
No smoking of any kind & illicit drugs on the premises ( $300 penalties/ assessed per situation.
No unregistered guests allowed to stay overnight.
***No parting and events ( You will be asked to leave)
This home is located on a quiet street and all our neighbors are very friendly. We work hard to keep everyone happy. Please be respectful of the noise level and be courteous of neighbors around you.
**There is a security camera outside the house. This is your safety and property’s safety.
