The space is big even for a shared home. Good for groups of people who want to have their own space.

Access to the property was easy because the door was never locked. Including the one to my room.
Supposedly guests share a common living space and kitchen. Instead, Les, permanent guest for a year who works for a room, was on the couch watching TV for six hours. He was not excited about me doing a load of laundry...so I left with filthy clothes. Shared a bathroom which was not always available when needed.
