Bring your boat & dock it in the neighborhood boat dock, walking distance from the chalet. Bring the family/friends. Enjoy the outdoor/indoor fireplaces, fire-pit, hot tub, grilling, playing pool, a game of darts, board games, corn hole, badminton, fishing, kayaking, hiking, shopping, dining, etc. About 12 min to downtown & 10 min to Greers Ferry Lake.

The pictures don’t do it justice. It’s even better in person. We didn’t leave the property for 3 days. The porch was always in the shade so we were able to sit out there a lot even when the temp was 100 degrees. The hot tub was completely private (which you don’t always find), and the game room was so fun! Also, the bed was one of the most comfortable we have ever slept on! Hoping to go back in the fall when the leaves change colors. 10/10!

We were looking for somewhere to trout fish for our oldest sons 18th birthday. Man did we find a beautiful property!It had kayaks for bass fishing on the pond , which our 2 teenage boys and a friend did alot. We caught several nice 3 1/2 to 5 lb bass.Then in a short walk to the river we caught several trout. It took us to the last day because of the water being up but we did.Between the bass and trout fishing it kept the boys occupied so me and my wife could enjoy some relaxation in the hot tub.Town is just close enough to get supplies and enjoy a meal.We ate at angies hideaway , the smokehouse and macks fish house which were all good.We saw several baby deer while driving in and out of the community. I enjoyed the wifi and ample tv options to watch some college baseball too We couldnt have picked a nicer chalet or area , as this was our first time to visit heber springs.We are definitely thankful for the experience!!
