The Space

Our recently renovated home features a fully fenced backyard with a gazebo, lounging area, BBQ station, and cornhole. The living room is equipped with a 70-inch smart TV, perfect for a cozy night in, while our sunroom includes a futon, foosball table, and several board games. The house has a washer and dryer (with laundry pods), and a full kitchen with all new appliances equipped to handle all your cooking needs. The high-speed internet and our bedroom office setup are ideal for remote work.

BEDROOMS:
The master bedroom features a full en suite bathroom, queen-sized bed, Roku TV, and a side table with a bluetooth sound system and wireless phone charging. Bedroom 2 has a queen-size bed and a desk perfect for remote work, while bedroom 3 is furnished with a queen-size bed and a twin xl size top bunk, as well as an accent chair and lamp that makes for a relaxing reading space.

All 3 bedrooms feature comfortable mattresses, full-body mirrors, closets with hangers, and nightstands. Bedrooms are supplied with fresh linens and extra towels. Both bathrooms are supplied with soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your convenience.

SUNROOM/GAMEROOM:
Our beautiful sunroom features a foosball table, futon (which converts into a bed), and beanbag chair, and is equipped with plenty of board games. The LED string lights can add a cozy ambiance to your evening game nights.

LIVING ROOM & DINING AREA:
The 70-inch smart TV in the living room provides easy access to all of your streaming services so you can catch up on your favorite shows or enjoy a cozy movie night.

The stylish dining area has a full-sized dinner table with 6 seats.

KITCHEN:
The kitchen is fully stocked with various spices, extra-virgin olive oil, and any basic cookware and utensils you may need such as pots, pans, cups, plates, and plenty of cutlery. New kitchen appliances include a dishwasher, full-sized fridge with water dispenser, ice maker, oven/stove, microwave, and toaster.

Our deluxe coffee station features a drip coffee maker, ground coffee, and tea.

The backyard also includes a grill that is stocked with propane.

Other things to note
-The city collects the garbage and recycling bins on Wednesday mornings. If the black garbage bin and recycling bins (orange for flattened cardboard, blue for glass and plastic) are full, please bring the garbage and recycling bins to the street touching the curb anytime on Tuesday evening so they can be emptied early Wednesday morning.
