This Gainesville house boasts 4 inviting bedrooms - 2 queen beds and 2 twin beds. The cozy living room with a sofa bed offers superb relaxation after a day of exploring. With heating and AC, guests can enjoy a soothing stay no matter the season. Three bathrooms ensure convenience for all. Enjoy all that Gainesville has to offer when you stay at our place. About 4 minutes drive to the stadium for all your football games or a 30 minute walk. Steps away from University but securely tucked in for a peaceful rest as well.
Also we have ATT fiber with 1 GIG speed for all your streaming work or entertainment.
24/7 cameras for security on the periphery of the property.
