Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning, and a washing machine. There are two private open terraces, ideal for relaxing in the evening. Outside, you'll find a fenced private area with garden furniture. Two parking spaces are available on the property.

The first floor has the main bedroom, a twin room, and the bathroom. Also on the first floor is a third bedroom with a double bed. The recently renovated home has two entrances: one from the back courtyard and one from the front.
