Extremely well furnished property with spacious accommodation and all modern conveniences including TV/DVD in the lounge and 2 bedrooms. 4 good sized bedrooms, 2 ensuite and 1 family bathroom for the other 2 bedrooms, with ample living accommodation. Adjacent to forested area with stream which is gently audible from terrace. Quiet location but easily accessible to coast, mountains and motorway network. Local railway station (Minucciano-Pieve-Casola), 10 miutes from house, connects to major towns and cities (Lucca Direct in 90 minutes).. A private swimming pool exclusively for guests is available in the grounds of the house. We can also offer a 'Chef at Home' service where our property managers will come to the house and cook a meal for you, see the details in the photo section.

We stayed one week in la Pineta. The house is in a good condition and very clean. The kitchen is well equiped, everything you need is there. The pool is well maintained via salt water chlorination, which we prefer over chlorine. On the top floor is a big terras, with amazing views and if you’re lucky a shooting star at night. The owner and property managers are friendly, respond quickly and have good tips for trips etc. We had a very good time!

The house was fantastic. The pool is definitely a highlight, also big enough for proper swimming. We enjoyed the stay a lot. The cook option is definitely worth booking, very relaxing and tasty.

The property is lovely, very clean and comfortable. The views from the terrace of the surrounding mountains are superb, and the area is very quiet. We booked the "Cook at home" experience and I have to say it was one of the best meals we have ever had. The pool is well maintained and a good size, but could maybe benefit from some umbrellas/shade. Overall we had a fantastic week here and would definitely book again!

Had a fantastic week stay at La Pineta. The size of the house was perfect for 8 of us and felt like we could really make it our home. All the bedrooms were reasonably sized, all amenities provided, and kitchen decent to be able to cook meals in. The pool was put to great use as well. We had the "chef at home" offered by the accommodation and I could not recommend it highly enough. The food was incredible and the property managers so sweet. The property itself is definitely not near anything; nothing is within walking distance. However we had cars and made use of doing day trips sometimes. This was perfect for us being away from the busy tourist centres. Thank you for the incredible stay!

Beautiful location. Quiet and relaxing. The property caretakers were amazing. Cooked a fabulous dinner for us one evening. Visited a local winery that was 25 minutes away. Toured the vineyard and cellar and had a lovely tasting with delicious cheese.

This is a lovely and very well equipped villa in a very peaceful and stunning location. We stayed here with our two teenage daughters and grandparents. We all enjoyed the good sized pool and I can't think of anything else that the owners could provide to make our stay any more comfortable and enjoyable. This is a place to go if you want quality family time and nothing too touristic. You will need a car to explore the gorgeous surrounding villages. If you want to get away from it all I couldn't recommend a better place .

We had a really nice two weeks in a gorgeous house. The house was clean and there were enough towels and sheets. The swimming pool was really good and big enough for five children. The village is really peaceful and is quite far away, but especially for those who want to have their own peace, this is a real paradise.

This villa is well designed allowing privacy yet with communal spAces allowing easy socialising. Equipped and furnished to a very high standard. Pool is lovely and location remote allowing a real get away from it all feeling. WiFi not really available but that is a plus in escaping from busy routines. Alan’s communication was fantastic both before and after our visit. He was very helpful with any queries we had.
