The main bedroom features a plush king-size bed and an en-suite shower. The compact second bedroom has a king-size pull-down bed, giving up to five guests a comfortable sleeping arrangement. A third single folding bed is automatically set up for groups of five.
A dedicated workspace makes it easy to catch up on work, while the fully equipped kitchen is ready for anything from a quick breakfast to dinner at home. It includes a dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, electric stove, toaster, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, kettle, dining table, and cooking essentials.

Flat was great! Very clean and loved the super soft towels. Had everything we needed. Hosts were exceptional and very responsive! Location was fantastic! Walking distance to shopping, food and tube! Would definitely recommend !

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was fantastic and despite being a compact central london apartment the use of space was amazing. The unit was comfortable for our family of 5 (2 adults and 3 children) with comfortable beds and lots of storage. There were also multiple workspaces, which was perfect for our online work/school needs. The unit was well equipped with kitchen utensils, and ample garbage bags, toilet paper, and paper towels and extra linens for our 7 night stay. The communication with the landlord was great. They made our late night check in easy. Also, when on the first day, there was an issue with a running toilet, they addressed it immediately and effectively. The entrance is a little challenging with luggage, as there are several flights of stairs to navigate and a tiny elevator, but we were prepared for that from having read previous reviews. The couch was also pretty worn and uncomfortable, but for most people who are going to be out and about in London, not a big issue. Overall, we had an excellent stay and really liked the unit and would love to stay there again in the future.

The elevator did not work all the time - 5 floors is a lot of stairs for older people.Also the en suite bathroom is very small.Dalton was very receptive.

Outstanding location in Chelsea on a great street. Close to great restaurants, a grocery store, etc. Safe area as well.However, beyond the location, the flat's overall quality and upkeep were quite poor. To name but a few challenges:1. I understand a rented property is not going to have high-quality dishware, but the quality of the pots and pans was abysmal. Plus, there was no roasting pan or any other dish that could actually go in the oven, so we had to buy one (and left it there for the next guests).2. Even the sponges they provided were of such poor quality that we couldn't actually wash dishes with them and had to buy our own sponges.3. The listing is inaccurate in that it states (at the time of this review) that there is a dryer in the flat. There is not. That should be updated.4. The WiFi was also so bad that we had to use our phone hotspot to actually get work done.5. There are 2 showers. One of them clogs within 1-2 minutes, so you're getting clean in dirty water. The second is a very large and deep tub. Kids and people with mobility issues will have a hard time safely getting into and out of that tub.6. Handles for faucets in the showers and bathroom sinks come off quite easily.We were sad to leave London. We were sad to leave Chelsea. And, unfortunately, we were thrilled to leave the flat.
