As you step inside Sandy Feet Retreat, you're greeted by a spacious living area perfect for entertaining family and friends. The open layout seamlessly connects the living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen featuring a gas stove/oven and granite countertops, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The living area opens up to a screened porch with additional living space that leads to a paver patio equipped with a propane gas grill.
The first-floor primary bedroom boasts a king-size bed and a walk-in shower and double vanity, providing a serene sanctuary to unwind after a day of adventure. The first-floor guest bedroom features charming bunk beds and a convenient shower-tub combination, ideal for accommodating children or additional guests. For convenience, this home also features a full-size washer and dryer in the laundry room on the first floor.

Effective May 1, 2025, Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort has implemented a paid parking policy for all vehicles, including golf carts, at the resort’s beach access point. The daily parking fee is $20, and guests will pay Sandestin directly for parking.
Rental Agreement Requirement
After booking confirmation, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email, sent as an E-Sign document with required signature fields.
The Rental Agreement must be signed before your arrival instructions are released.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The 4 bedrooms were divided up nicely with 2 up and 2 down. The golf cart was a highlight.. perfect for short trips for shopping and trips to the beach. Having the pool right across from the house was ideal after a long day at the beach. We plan on returning some day!

We loved this house and location. Check in and check out went smoothly. The house was equipped with everything we needed. Pool and putting green were close and we used them a lot. We would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay here! House was clean and comfortable. Kitchen was pretty well equipped and the area was amazing! Golf cart was great! The only negative was the lighting on the screened porch and outdoor grill area. The outdoor area had no lighting for use after dark and the porch was very dimly lit. We could not use those areas which was very disappointing.
