Welcome to this sweet condo we call the Splash Pad! It's located in Mariner's Village in the resort community of Mariner's Landing.

Though this is a new listing, the Splash Pad is hosted by a local, boutique hosting business called All Belong Co so you can have confidence in booking.

(We know it’s difficult scrolling through listings and knowing if that place will have everything you need, but if you’re looking for a stress-free stay where you and yours can either lounge AND/OR play, this is your spot!)

AREA DAY TRIPS: Popular day trips include hiking in the Blue Ridge mountains, driving along the Blue Ridge Parkway, Appomattox Courthouse, Natural Bridge, Virginia Safari Park, Thomas Jefferson's Poplar Forest, and visiting downtown Lynchburg or Roanoke.

HOUSE RULES:

1. You MUST be over the age of 25 to rent this condo.

2. No smoking or vaping within 20 feet of the doorways. (no smoking on the back porch)

3. No pets allowed. (for those with severe allergies, please note the owners bring a dog to the condo on occasion)

4. No gatherings, parties, or events allowed.

5. Quiet hours must be observed from 10pm-7am.

6. Please keep wet towels & clothing off the furniture and carpets.

7. You MUST sign the Mariners Landing Guest Release Waiver prior to arrival
