About this house rental
In Branville, we offer you this charming 45 m² single-storey house for rent, located in a holiday village with shared swimming pools and jacuzzis, which can accommodate up to 7 travelers. It comprises an 18 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a 210 m² garden. Bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- 18 m² living room with sofa bed (sleeps 2), TV and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen including oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200) and TV
- Bedroom 2: a bunk bed with a double bed (140x190) and a single bed (90x190)
- Bathroom with bath, WC and washing machine
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer.
Outside :
- Shared heated indoor and outdoor swimming pools all year round
- Shared Jacuzzis available all year round
- Attractive 210 m² unfenced garden
- A 15 m² terrace with table, chairs and two loungers to enjoy the sunny days.
- A second 8 m² terrace with garden furniture (armchairs, coffee table)
The house is ideally located in Branville, in a holiday village. Nearby, you'll find all the essential shops, including a mini-market in the village and a bread and pastry shop, Super U in Dozulé, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market...
Activities :
The holiday village offers a wide range of indoor and outdoor activities: soccer, basketball, ping pong, badminton, mini-golf, tennis, aquagym and aquabiking. Gym and group classes.
Indoor and outdoor water sports complex (pools, jacuzzis, sauna).
