This beautiful, detached villa with air conditioning is located on a large flat and fully fenced plot with an electric gate at the entrance. Children can play here in the large garden with shady trees and, of course, in the private pool. The villa has very neat classic Provençal décor and is spacious with four bedrooms, and large covered terraces and is ideal for 1 or 2 families. Your four-legged friend will certainly have a great time here too
The villa is in a superb location just 2 km from the well-known and cosy antique town of L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue and just 2 minutes from the most famous golf course in the Vaucluse. L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue is also known as the Venice of the Comtat. You can stroll along the waterfront or enjoy a good glass of wine on a cosy terrace. Lovers of antiques will be in their element here: Indeed, L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue is also known for its many antique shops and antique markets.
Visit the beautiful city of Avignon (20 km) with its attractive old town center, the imposing Palais des Papes, and the famous Pont d'Avignon. Of course, a visit to the famous wine estates such as the Côtes du Rhône, Gigondas, and Châteauneuf-du-Pape should not to be missed
