We loved staying at this home. It was so easy to walk to town and the grounds were lovely enough we didn't feel like we needed to go anywhere.

If you are planning a trip to the south of France, look no further than this home in L’isle de la Sorgue. Our communications up until our arrival were handled perfectly by Julia. Once we arrived at the house, we opened the door and discovered one of the most beautiful, well decorated and comfortable spaces we have ever visited. The furnishings and decor are perfect. The kitchen had everything you could want and more.Shortly after check in, Claude came by to show us around the property and explain how everything works and answer our questions.The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were very nice as well. The game room was a fun place to hang out after busy days exploring the area. A day trip to Avignon is a must, along with visiting the ruins in St Remy. We also went and explored the caves in Le Thor. If you are lucky enough to be in town on a Sunday, be sure to check out the Farmer’s Market, just a short walk downtown. You’ll find many restaurants, shops, a beautiful church and the famous waterwheels in town.This is such a special place to spend your vacation in southern France. I would love to return some day!Thank you so much to Claude and Julia for their hospitality and sharing their wonderful home with us.

Everything (apart from the weather) was perfect. The host / the villa / the village / the market / the regional villages. Unfortunately the weather in Feb was not ideal. But I will certainly go back to enjoy it in even greater splendour. Highly recommended.

I would really highly recommend this house - there is an incredible attention to detail and it feels more like a home than a rental property. Easy walk into L’Isle sur la Sorgue for shopping and food and ideally positioned to explore further afield.
