The layout features a living area, a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bath, a dining space, a laundry room, and a patio area perfect for sipping your morning coffee or enjoying a glass of wine in the evening. Fire up the grill for a barbecue or simply kick back and enjoy the laid-back atmosphere of this neighborhood. The third bedroom has its own bathroom and its located in a private suite attached to the back of the main house. Please use the concrete driveway and porch to access the wooden gate. The host was great, the house was very pet friendly and the kitchen had everything needed. The living spaces were comfortable and inviting. I would definitely go back the next time in Tampa.

When I made the initial booking for this property, I was not aware that there was a tenant living in an apartment attached to the house. I had to deal with cooking odors coming from the tenants apartment, and could hear the tenant snoring all night long, through the paper thin wall.There were big gaps in the outside doors, which in turn let in bugs and geckos, and dead bugs in the dishes cupboard.It was gross to not have a toilet paper holder in the bathroom. Half used rolls sitting on top of the toilet tank, and whose dirty hands have touched them.The kitchen didn’t have any hand towels, had to use paper towels for everything.Not the best experience
