The house was ok. Was lacking in towels, no wash clothes at all and 4 people only got 6 towels for two days. The property is also shared by another rental next door on both sides. You share a wall with duplex situation on one wall. Outside the rental on other side is a nice large shed someone is using as another rental. The driveway is shared also. I feel this should have been disclosed in description. It was ok we had no issues but just throw off and uncomfortable by that. Cameras all over exterior of property I’m sure to monitor the 3 rental property situation.

The host was SUPER nice and accessible; every question/'Contact Host' was answered quickly, usually less than a few minutes. The house was super clean and well decorated. There were ample dishes and towels, and everything you'd need. Some pros:- Clean, well decorated, secure, easily accessible, fast Wi-Fi.- The living room couch was quite comfortable- Welcome gift/snack was provided and a nice touchThings to note:- There is an attached apartment on the south side; you wouldn't know they were there except for the car parked out front (it's why you park on the opposite side of drive in gravel).- The backyard is a long, fenced private covered porch. There is no grass or place for your pets to relieve themselves, so plan on walking them instead. It is comfy, though, with a fan, grill and table.- The front door dead bolt auto-locks after 30 seconds so DO NOT forget the code (or have your phone/note handy). It's secure in case you forget to turn the lock, yet you can lock yourself out while unloading :)- The house is on the corner and while the address provided is accurate, look for the cross street. The address is for the main (and busy) street, and the drive/parking is on the cross street. Look at the map ahead of time to save missing it.Again, the Host is incredibly friendly and responsive. We had a minor issue and she was very responsive and accommodating. I wish all VRBO hosts were as nice.
