About this house rental
This beautiful waterfront home on the Alafia River is 1 no-wake zone away from Tampa Bay & situated 1/2 mile from Williams Park boat ramp! The river offers fishing, water sports & hospitality. You are welcome to bring your boat, jet ski (docking available in the backyard), kayaks & fishing rods! It is normal to see dolphin, manatees, snook, redfish, sharks, stingrays from the backyard. This beautiful 3/2 home has scenic views with open floor plan. If you're looking for a nice waterfront restaurant we often visit Fin's or Circles in Apollo Beach, Joia on Gibsonton Drive, Rivers Edge or Tiki Docks on the Alafia, & Little Harbor in Ruskin. All noted restaurants are 5-20 mins away! The International Independent Showmen's Association Event Center and Museum is close to property and they have tours of the Museum. It can sometimes be noisy during some events. ( A few days a year). Please check for times and dates before booking if you have concerns.

Gary is a great host. Answered all my questions about the property. The location in the water couldn’t be beat. Close to Tampa but relaxing away from city traffic. Easy to get to airport and Busch gardens and lots of food options around.

The home was lovely and very well provisioned. My son and his family live in Riverview. It provided a perfect gathering place for our family.

A very nice place for our quick weekend stay. Fully stocked and well decorated. Quiet yet convenient into town for restaurants and groceries.
