About this campground/ rv resort rental
Hewey Lake Hideaway is a 4 1/2 acre lakeside campground with 4 RV sites, cabin rentals and plenty of extra room for smaller campers and tents. Your group of up to 24 (up to 30 for an extra $15 per person per night) will be renting the entire property and dogs are welcome! The property is close to the rifle river for kayak and tubing fun.
Rental includes newly renovated cabins, large pavilion, sand volleyball court, large grassy area along the lake with a dock for your watercraft, a sandy beach and great fishing! Come make some lasting memories with family and friends at Hewey Lake Hideaway!
The space
Hewey Lake Hideaway has 2 small cabins that each have 2 bedrooms, a half bath, a living space and a nicely equipped kitchenette. Each cabin sleeps up to 6 people with a double bed in each bedroom and a futon or a convertible sleeper in the living area.
Also included is an adorable bunkhouse that has 4 XL twin beds, kitchenette area and a charming covered porch. The bunkhouse has no plumbing but the bathhouse is nearby!
If your group needs another cabin, inquire about our add on lakeside cabin and studio cabin.
The campground area has 4 large RV spaces with access to water and electric and several areas to pitch a tent or park a small camper. A huge pavilion, small playground, outdoor games, group campfire area, a lakeside recreation room and included kayaks, rowboat and paddleboat all add to the fun!

Had a nice get together with my partner and all of our children and grandchildren from both sides. We had a very nice quiet and private wedding.

We had a great time at Hewey Lake Hideaway! Cabins were comfortable, all the games a huge hit, and our families loved spending time around the bonfire and at the beach getting to know each other better. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We had a great family weekend. Plenty to keep everybody busy. The cabins are adorable. They have a pavilion with seating we were able to hang out while it rained (ping pong table, shuffle board and many other games to play under the pavilion as well). Kids had fun out on the water with the paddle boat and kayakes. Shower had good water pressure. We are planning on visiting again for sure!!! Great job guys!! I have no doubt you be successful with this adorable campground.
