About this apartment rental
ONE OF A KIND SLOPESIDE SKI IN / OUT CONDO LOCATED ON THE PRIME BOYNELAND RUN! Just a short walk to the waterpark and resort area restaurants. While there are many Disciples Ridge Condo options to choose from, my family choose this condo because of its unique private wooded mountain side setting on a cul de sac adjacent to the easy Boyneland run. The advantage of our location is that our condo is high enough on the slope to allow you to ski down hill directly over the high speed 6 person chair lift.
The Boyneland run also allows for a gentle ski over to the magic carpet/bunny hill area for the younger children to practice. The magic carpet is located in front of the ski school and day care center, which allows for an easy drop off for parents. For the older kids and adults, this run allows for immediate access to the lifts that open early and close the latest. The Boyneland Run is open for night skiing to maximize your fun during your stay!

UPPER FLOORS INCLUDE
- 3 bedrooms (see map in our photos for details)
- 3 full bathrooms
- The master bedroom is set up with a private bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub and includes a king size bed, flat screen TV and direct access to a private deck.
- The remaining two bedrooms include 2 queen size beds, each with adjacent full bathrooms (the loft room includes a shower/tub)
- Full kitchen with breakfast bar, includes stove, fridge, dishwasher and has plenty of pots, plans, dishes, coffee maker, etc.
-Two story great room with wooded private view, gas fireplace, chair, large flat screen HD TV, dining table for 6 and couch with pull out bed
LOWER FLOOR INCLUDES
-1 bedroom with king size bed and bunk bed (single + double)
-1 full bathroom
- Dining area with kitchen table and 6 chairs
- Great room with flat screen TV, chair and couch with pull out bed
- Full kitchen with breakfast bar, includes stove, fridge, dishwasher and has plenty of pots, plans, dishes, coffee maker, etc.
-Outdoor Weber Grill with direct connection to natural gas.

Boyne Mountain has much to offer!
-Head over to Deer Lake Beach, just a short 5 minute drive. Summertime at Deer Lake allows for paddle boarding, fishing, making sand castles, mini-golf, tiki bar and much more!
-Many groomed runs for expert and beginners, terrain park or tubing park offer plenty to explore.
-When you want some more fun in the snow, grab a tube and head to the tubing park
-Michigan's largest indoor water park in a short walk away. Avalanche Bay is fun and relaxing for all ages.
-Boyne has many seasonal activities to take advantage of including ice skating, sleigh rides, bonfires, kids activities, festivals.
-If you get hungry or thirsty on the slopes stop in at the Eagle’s Nest for a bite or just to warm up.
-Pizza and sandwiches are available in the Trophy Room or have it delivered directly to your condo.
-Lessons, rentals are available for all ages at the main lodge along with child care, restaurants.
-Head to the Clock Tower or Mountain lodge's shared hot tub and heated pools, availability and fees are set by Boyne Mountain.
-If you still want more, head up to Boyne Highlands or Nub’s Nob for the day and take in their slopes.
- Plenty of dining options near the main lodge just a short walk away. There is full dining at Everett's, Erickson's, Pierson's.
-After a long day of golfing, skiing, or swimming , enjoy a relaxing spa treatment

At Boyne Mountain you can enjoy the Monument and the Alpine. At Boyne Highlands are the Donald Ross, Arthur Hills, the Moor and Heather courses. The Bay Harbor Golf Course offers the Links, Preserve, and Quarry. A golf shop is on site at Boyne Mountain for all of your golfing needs.

Location was excellent for easy drives to Petoskey, Boyne City, & Charlevoix. Loved Boyne’s Deer Lake too. Great communication with host and appreciated there wasn’t a huge expectation list of chores necessary before we could check out. Would definitely stay here again and hope to do so another summer.

Rented in June as we planned day trips to area beaches and locations around Boyne
The rental is as pictured and described, one surprise was the distance from parking to the rental. Not a big deal except should be consideration for any older mobility limited folks. We chose to use the back entrance since it has the least steps up
The setup is great has everything needed and space to spread out.
We had a issue with the rental and the property mgr responded and worked on it right away. Unfortunately it was a big issue that did impact our vacation. It should have been caught and addressed prior to our check in since it requires repairs that could not be made while we were there
The mgr and owner were made aware and respond quickly, this was a very unfortunate situation for us.
The main floor and loft have roomy bedrooms and everything is ski lodge decorated. We liked having the option to go over to Boyne resort for s’mores or the skybridge and water park.
Confirm proper working order and this would be a great rental
$$$$
