We loved staying here. The area was quiet. There is a dock across the street where we fished and enjoyed the calmness of being on the water. The host is very responsive. The place was very clean and had everything we needed.

We had a fantastic time in FL and was glad to have such a nice place to stay. We utilized the kayaks that were in the outside lounging area and a few of our group were able to kayak near, but within a respectful distance of, dolphins! This was such a surreal experience.
The only thing I would like to touch on that could be improved, is the insulation and air conditioning in the 2nd bedroom downstairs is not great. I imagine this room was converted into a bedroom at some point and insulation may not be as good as the rest of the house. The air conditioning also seems to not blow very hard at all in this room. But had the guests in this room not had fans they brought blowing directly on them, they would have been a bit miserable in there.
Otherwise, there was PLENTY of space for everyone to sleep (6 adults, 5 kids) and the house is beautiful. The neighborhood is very nice and the bay is definitely worth visiting, even if you don't kayak. Kitchen is fully equipped. Living room spaces are perfect and cozy. Bathrooms are clean and equipped with towels and toiletries. House stays cool with the Florida heat, other than the room mentioned.

Great house, great location! Neighbors were great. Pleanty of room. Pleanty of parking. Lots of outdoor lighting that can be controlled by switches. Pleanty of spaces for kids to find their own spot. Great wildlife sighting area. 1/2 block away from the local boat ramp and park.
Outdoor (Eufy) motion tracking outdoor camera systems in car port and back of house overhead the outdoor seating in rear of house. The camera in the carport turns to follow motion. Not much outdoor privacy. Upon researching, Eufy's data security, privacy and origins are obscure.
We enjoyed the stay and would recommended this home to our friends and family for sure. Thumbs up! 👍
