About this house rental
House completely renovated in 2022, divided into two totally independent holiday cottages.
This accommodation has an enclosed garden on the side of the house and adjoining private terrace not overlooked.
This family cottage has a capacity of 7 people (adults) and possibility of sleeping for a child (folding armchair available in 10 cm thick foam and/or baby bed available with mattress).
The cottage is composed of a fitted kitchen, 1 large dining/living room, 1 bathroom, 1 separate toilet, 2 bedrooms with 140 cm beds, 1 small bedroom with 90 cm bed, 1 pull-out bed for two people in the closed living room (2 comfortable 90x190 mattresses). All the windows are equipped with roller shutters. The terrace is equipped, table, chairs, deckchairs, parasol, barbecue (bring coal).
This accommodations are located in the countryside 12 minutes by car from the sea. It is located between Avranches, Saint Martin de Bréhal, Granville, Villedieu les poêles 15 minutes from the cities and 30 minutes from Mont Saint Michel.
Many tourist activities nearby, Mont Saint Michel, abbey, zoo, golf, mini golf, tree climbing, bowling, cinema, aquatic park, adventure park, karting, thalassotherapy, boating, sailing.... less than 30 minutes away.
Folligny is a quiet village, with a train station 5 minutes walk from the cottage (average 8 trains per day to Paris, Granville, Caen, Rennes, Mont St Michel), a multi-commerce, small market on Sunday morning, pizza truck on Saturday and burger on Wednesday, children's playground and a sports course.

Accommodation:
Fitted kitchen equipped with dishwasher, coffee maker, espresso, toaster, hob, oven, microwave, large refrigerator, vacuum cleaner, raclette service, crepe maker, plancha... A washing machine (detergent not provided) and a freezer with drawer to be plugged in on your arrival are shared between the two holiday residences in the basement overlooking the backyard.
Linen (sheets, dish towels, towels..) is provided from 3 nights, except for the cot and armchair bring the linen, (blankets are available). Some cleaning products are available on site.
Television with Smart tv.
Field at the back of the house in addition, where you can park easily, play bowls, darts, roundnet, volleyball, molky, petanques, scooter, skateboard... Everything is available on the cottage.
Garden furniture, parasol, deckchairs and barbecue available (bring charcoal).
Many board games from 2 to 99 years old, books, for all ages are in the cottage. Some beach games and sea fishing necessities on site.
Children's table booster seat with straps, children's bath, BB bed + mattress available.
