About this villa rental
Delight yourself in our comfortable rooms soothed in the silence of nature. All our rooms offer amazing views and a feeling of peace thanks to the natural colourful paint on the walls and high-end and local fabrics like linen.
We use materials that are both natural and high-end: wood, linen, stone mixed with the calming colours of nature. Six elegant bathrooms complete the sleeping area. Nurture yourself with our showers in portuguese tiles style bathroom.
Our water is mainly sourced by rain water, and heated by the sun. All linen and towels are provided. Organic cosmetic products are available, keeping you in synchrony with nature.
An ecoresort and retreat centre with a private ecological outdoor pool. This contemporary villa offers breathtaking views over the Lima River and its surroundings in all the house. A large multifunctional room for yoga or other activities completes the picture. All the rooms have a magnificent view over the valley and the River Lima. Various sports, activities and experiences are available. Private Chef service for various diets, can be provided on request.

The house is located around 1 hour by car from the vibrant city of Porto and around 30 minutes by car from the cities of Braga and Guimarães. The sea and Viana do Castelo with its beautiful beaches are about 20 minutes away by car. You have many water sports available as well (there's a good surf school with a bistro on site). The picturesque towns of Ponte de Lima, Ponte da Barca as well as the Peneda Gerês National Park, known for its great biodiversity, are nearby and well worth a visit! If you enjoy good wine, don't miss the opportunity to visit the famous Douro wine region, which is about an hour and a half away by car and taste the local fruity wines.

Absolutely loved the property! All of our friends enjoyed having their own bathrooms for each room, all of the spaces to sit and lounge and eat both inside and outside. All of the rooms were very clean and it was a nice touch having a washer and dryer along with bath towels and pool towels.We did come during a heat wave so parts of the house got very hot during the day. Coming from the US where houses have central AC, it was a surprise not to have it but it wasn’t horrible. Definitely be prepared for the hot months.Ana was great and took care of anything we needed. It was a nice surprise to see Contessa from next door watering the plants with her dog Brownie. They were both very sweet. Ana even took care of arranging a personal chef prepared dinner with Chef Miguel (made an amazing Arroz de Mariso) with apps and desserts and a really fun Kayaking adventure with Luís.We would totally stay here again and look forward to another opportunity to come visit.
