About this house rental
Our house is located in Pardelhas, just a few Kilometers from Vila Nova de Cerveira. A spectacular place for holidays with your family. Great spaces, fully decorated. Private swimming pool (usable when there's good weather, which is usually from April to September). Very quiet and charming place.
This property is a Big Villa in the North of Portugal. Very Quiet and perfect for a family or group of friends vacation. It has 4 bedrooms: 1 with a double bed, and 3 bedrooms with 2 single beds in each one that can be joined to become a double bed. And finally a big ward (with 3 triple bunk beds ). In every bedroom (including the ward) there is an en suite bathroom (5 in total). And there's a toilet to serve the Living Room.
Depending on the number of guests, you will have access to different number of Bedrooms.
The standard price on the listing will give access to 8 people (which means you will have access to 2 bedrooms (4 people) plus the ward (4 single beds), but we advise you to make a quote request and we will make a quote according to the number of people and number of bedrooms you want on your request.
Nevertheless, the house will only be for you because I will not book the house to more than one group of guests at the same time. You will be the only group of people staying in the complete property.
It has a spacious and bright living room, dining room with seating for all guests; a Modern kitchen (oven and ceramic hob, dishwasher, clothes, refrigerator and freezer, microwave and other small appliances) overlooking the beautiful gardens of my property.
Outside: 10 acres of property with a natural pond and a small stream perfect to perform an unforgettable dinner in the long, warm summer evenings. The Swimming pool (3x12 meters) and we supply tables, umbrellas, chairs, and loungers. We also have a Ping Pong Table.
It is included in the price, sheets and bath towels, kitchen essentials, and cleaning at the end of stay. Wireless internet is also included but please be aware that the internet is not fast.
Daily maid service available at extra charge.
After booking, please kindly inform us of your expected arrival time so we can plan the best way to clean the House. Late check-in is acceptable and late check-out is possible if we don't have new guests on the same day.
Surroundings:
Between the river and the mountain, Vila Nova de Cerveira is located on the left bank of the Minho River, which establishes the border with Spain, and is limited to the northeast with the municipality of Valença, Paredes de Coura to the east, Ponte de Lima to the south, and Caminha to the south-southwest. Vila Nova de Cerveira was established by the King Denis of Portugal on 1 October 1321, who also ordered the construction of the castle that still dominates the town center.
There's a small market (for the basics) at about 3,5km from the house and a large supermarket, in the city Vila Nova de Cerveira, at 8km. This city has all types of shops. The closest cafe/restaurant is at 2km. The best beach in the area (Moledo Beach) is at 19 km from the house.
How to go there:
The house is located 94 km from the airport of Porto and 7 km from Vila Nova de Cerveira Railway Station. Car hire is recommended so you can explore all the beautiful places in the area and enjoy our great beaches. At 25 km from Paredes de Coura (Indie Music Festival in the summer) and at 60km from Peneda-Gerês National Park, also known simply as Gerês, is the only national park in Portugal. The Spanish Border is just at 25Km and the beautiful Spanish city of Vigo at 55Km, you will have the opportunity to visit 2 European countries in the same vacations.
Cerveira is a prodigal territory in natural resources, of rare beauty, a symbiosis of hills and valleys, conducive to tourism practice in nature. Secular history, valuable built heritage, traditions, cuisine and folklore, are features that distinguish and differentiate this county.
Please note that if you are a group of friends, we don't accept groups with lesst than 30 years old.

We had a great time, together with our friends. Nice area with stuff to do (cano, surf, etc), great architectural villa with lot's of space and a good pool. And the hosts are super nice and helpfull. Couldn't wish for much more.

Prestation parfaite, Alexandra est disponible et tres accueillante. Elle parle un excellent Français. La maison est parfaite pour des vacances entre amis.

Magnifique maison, environnement parfait. Il manque un robot a poser la nuit dans la piscine pour qu'elle soit nikel.

Superbe villa contemporaine d'architecte où nous avons trouvé tout ce que nous voulions pour passer d'agréable moment en famille. Nous conseillons celle-ci à toutes les personnes qui veulent du calme (hamac au fond du jardin avec petite cascade) de l'ambiance avec la piscine et les transats, le jardin pour le foot... les jeux de sociétés, table de ping poing, wi-fi... de bon repas à concocté (cuisine très fonctionnelles avec tout l'électroménager dont lave vaisselle : très utile pendant les vacances, machine à laver), des chambres avec salle de bain privé, toilettes, dressing, drap fournis et serviettes de bain.
Accueil par le propriétaire très gentil, réponse à nos questions dans l'heure.
Village à proximité très agréable avec supermarché.
Bref nous y avons trouvé tout ce qu'il nous fallait pour passer une semaine de vacances en famille, nous étions 14 avec des enfants et tout le monde était content, très bon rapport qualité prix, tout est prévu sauf l'horloge qui nous a manquait pour les heures de repas tellement le temps passait vite, mais peut être est-ce fait de façon à profiter complètement de ses bons moments.
