I am close to leaving this a 5 star, but I think those should be reserved for the very top locations. The following are the reasons I am taking one star away.- The cost is quite high for the neighborhood- There is only parking for 1 car and many of the houses on the street have no parking- The house was only left with the toilet paper on the roll (less than a full roll in both bathrooms)- There we only 4 towels available for a house with 3 bedrooms (2 Queen beds)- Most of all: There was a complicated rental agreement and liability that had to be signed to rent. We have rented VRBO in many countries and states in the US, but the first we had encountered this (multiple documents and signatures with 3rd party vendors).

This place was excellent, exactly the type of rental we were looking for. Clean house.
The owners were attentive to any questions and concerns that we had.
Close to the Highways and business District, and also, Massachusetts St and Fountain Square.
Would recommend this rental over and over again.

Not a horrible house decent rooms and beds was different than what we expected from the pictures and description but not a bad stay
