- Paper Towels
- Suntan Lotion/Sunblock
- Clothes Hangers
- Garbage Bags
- Laundry Detergent

*Please note the 5% processing fee of the total reservation amount is non-refundable after booking*
You must be at least 25 years old to book and if your group is not related, no one can be under the age of 25 years old. If your group is unrelated, the average age must not be less than 28 years old.
- No events, house parties, weddings, receptions, etc..
- No smoking in or on-premise.
- Pets allowed with an additional pet fee ($250 per pet).

Great location and dog-friendly stay!We stayed for 4 nights with our family and dog, and overall had a wonderful time. The house was clean, well-stocked, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Beach access was super convenient—right across the street—and the fenced backyard was perfect for letting our dog run around safely.There are a couple of areas that could use some attention: the guest room mattress was very thin, and you could feel the bed frame underneath, which made it uncomfortable. Also, the flag on the flagpole was torn and could use replacing.Despite those minor issues, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back

We had a great time. The weather was prefect. Very close to the beach. Short bike ride to the boardwalk and restaurants. We’ll definitely be back again. Thanks!

Great location! Beach access, excellent! House was clean and lovely! Pool, bigger then in the pictures!!!! Definitely recommended!!!
