Room 2 is a king-size Nectar bed, Room 1 is a queen Nectar and twin bunk bed Nectar, and the front room is a queen sofa sleeper with a new memory foam mattress. The condo complex is on Assawoman Bay. Stacked washer/dryer, internet access, NOW TV, beautiful bay views from the porch.

We had a very pleasant stay withour two dogs. Beautiful views and convenient location. The owner was easy to contact and we had great communication.

We loved overlooking the bay and how peaceful it was. We also had our dog with us and we loved the neighborhood.

Location, location, location...it was perfect. For four 70ish year olds, we felt no need to go to the beach as we were quite comfortable sitting on the porch listening to the waves and watching the boats go by. There were some maintenance issues which will be discussed directly with the owner.

The location on the bay was beautiful and we loved the porch and view of the water. Plenty of street parking. The only complaint is that the unit smells of mildew and wet dog. There was a lot of dog hair on the pillow covers/quilts and under the beds. Everything that was brought home need a really good washing because it all smelled like the unit. There were plugins but that didn't help at all.
