About this house rental

Spacious villa with sea view in the bay of Cannes and the Lérins Islands and absolute calm
Reservation from Saturday to Saturday.
You will be on a large plot planted with olive trees with a panoramic view. No vehicle passage.
Large garage with laundry area, washing machine, etc.
In the entrance cupboard, toilet and washbasin.
A large living room with American kitchen opening onto the covered patio.
Separate living room with a sofa bed .it can close with door and curtains for the privacy of a bedroom.
Terrace with garden table, parasol armchairs, barbecue

The villa is quietly located in the mountains behind Cannes and can be reached by car via a very steep driveway. The view towards the bay of Cannes is wonderful and worth the price. The house is a traditional French small villa and is getting a little old. The bathrooms still work but are in need of renovation. The villa is functionally furnished in a country house style. However, the cleanliness of the house could be improved. There is a 120 euro charge for final cleaning. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. However, more modern appliances are needed here soon (apart from the refrigerator). Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and the landlords are friendly, helpful and also speak english.
