Family vacation with a 5 y.o.child. Really nice and safe area, far from traffic and strangers. Good but deep pool, our son swims, so he did not mind that. Lots of animals around- dogs, cats, ducks, fish, etc. Nice rooms full of good cooking equipment. 10-15 mins to the beach. Stuff is helpful.

The only really good thing about this place was the service from the reception staff — they were excellent. It seems like this place is aimed at families with children, but we felt more like we were in a prison when we were by the pool area, and we've traveled a lot with kids over the past 14 years. No pool toys allowed, no swim goggles, no swimming underwater, no sandals (you burn your feet), and you're not allowed to bring drinks except for water. It's a bit of a letdown when you're on vacation. On Sundays and Mondays, the nearest restaurant is closed, and it's a 15-minute walk to the closest grocery store. So if you're a family traveling with kids, I wouldn't recommend this place. It's more suitable for single older couples.

- Wrong room - Only 1 bed Cover and 1 towel for 2 Persons - different defects in the room (shower head sliding down etc.) - bunk Bad really short - in the room with the bunk bed is the Main door which is made of glass with a movement controlled Light in Front of it. In the night every 20min. the Light goes on every time a Person goes by. - would be ok quality for a low Budget hotel but not for these Medium prices.

The property could do with updating. Guests were supposed to do the beddings. Towels are not enough for guests.

The residence is in a very pleasant position along the river Siagne and at a short distance from the beach. Even in winter, when we stayed there, it was very pleasant. The lady at the reception was very kind and helpful. What we didn't like was the sofa bed, we found it very uncorfortable to sleep on and the pillows, too big and too high (we both got back pain for that). Apart from this everything was good and would recommend it.

Worst hotel booked through hotels.com 1. On check-in told we were to clean the kitchen, strip the beds and bring any rubbish and dirtly linen down to the ground floor. 2. Entered the room and discovered that we were also expected to make up the beds. None had been made. 3. Bunk bed was too short for an adult to sleep on. Room was booked for 3 adults. 4. Sofa bed was bent badly meaning it was incredibly uncomfortable. 5. No soap or shampoo provided. 6. Two day stay for a family, only single toilet role provided. Ambitious. Most surprising was the girl was surprised when I said I hadnt enjoyed my stay.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice restaurant on the property. Good food and great service. Accommodations were clean and provided everything we needed. Lots of space for families with a nice little kitchen area and patio area overlooking the river. If you enjoy cocktails, try the Crusoé; unique, spicy and delicious. Overall good experience.

I liked the location of the property, the really friendly staff and the fact that it had parking. However, the apartment was way too small to fit 5 people ( we were a family of 2 adults and 3 kids). We left a day earlier than planned as it was so uncomfortable.

We stayed at a 6 people appartement. The pool is the only great feature I would say. The toilet smelled like pee and the floor had not been deep cleaned in a while. The whole place smelled like the sewer if we kept the bathroom door opened. We had to make our own beds on arrival and take them out when leaving. Finally, enjoying the outside table was almost impossible since the place was infested with mosquitoes. They really should update the furniture and the place in general as the location is great to visit the area but I would not recommend it to anyone. It's a pity...

We arrived at 7 pm and there was no reception, we couldn't open the door because we didn't get the code. Cleaning was awful. I had to clean the room if I don't want to be in dirt for a week. Mowing in the early morning, you couldn't be rest in peace. The pool was amazing but you have to leave it at 7pm so it was annoying. The place is beautiful and huge, peaceful.

Nice pool but limited activities/no sigh of kids club. Grounds are a little shabby. Checked in a 6pm and still had to wait for room to prepared plus city tax was higher than advertised. Feee parking all around hotel so dont pay their fee

Really big and nice pool for all the guests in this large residence with many/enough relaxing sunbeds. Ok distance to nice beach. Clean and spacious but basic apartment with aircondition. Most of the guests did not use the restaurant for the breakfast or dinner. The dinner menu was fair enough, but the breakfast was simple. I wonder why the hotel have personell who almost does not speak english at all, when many of the guests use english... It is best with a car. It is more than 5 minutes drive to a monoprix (which you need in this kind of apartment).

They give you 2 sets of keys here. We left one in the room the entire time as to not lose the other since we were traveling together. We requested fresh towels for Thursday and when we returned the key was missing. We notified the hotel staff and were told we were going to be charged 100 euro anyway to replace locks. Also, the air conditioning in our room was temperamental and the bathroom in the room smelled awful upon arrival and for the entirety of the the stay. They also wanted to charge us for use of towels! The staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful. SUCH a ripoff. DO NOT STAY HERE.

We had a beautiful view - and a stream where 11 beautiful swans lived and swam. Close to Cannes for visits and restaurants, and great restaurants nearby in La Napoule.

This hotel was perfect for our family of four. We had plenty of room in our two bedroom apartment and although we didn't use the facilities because it was winter, we enjoyed the area nearby. The staff was friendly and even helped us book an off-site tennis court. Although not luxurious, this hotel was clean and provided us with everything we needed including a full-sized kitchen. We also liked the peninsula with surrounding water that added to the charm of this hotel.

Overall I was very happy with my stay at Pierre & Vacances. I was only there for 2 nights during the Cannes Film Festival and chose that location as it was a much better price then anything in the centre of the town where prices were really astronomical. Location wise it is about a 10 min walk to the beach (An extremely scenic walk down a river) and it is about a 10-15 minute drive into the town centre. (25Euros taxi) The Staff are very friendly and the rooms are clean. Don't expect any real service - which is annoying. i.e. getting water was a pain as there isn't a shop within the complex. Overall it is a good budget way to spend a very nice family weekend / holiday in Cannes.

Had a great holiday-people were very friendly,very relaxing atmosphere can't wait to go back and would highly recommend it.not suitable if you want lots of late nights drinking and partying.Evening entertainment was perfect for us.
