Comfortably adorned with all of life's little conveniences, the interior boasts a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living area, and centrally air-conditioned bedrooms. Off the primary bedroom, the ensuite bathroom provides a spa-like atmosphere with its soaking tub and walk-in shower. A private washer/dryer and internet access tie together the interior amenities.

Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We loved this condo and property amenities. The condo owners have thought of everything to help make your stay enjoyable and relaxing, even down to beach day use items. This was the perfect place for our family vacation.

House was very nice overall. Enjoyed the separate living rooms. Great access to the pool. The kitchen was well-stocked and there was space for seven adults.
On the down side, some of the patio furniture was broken, the chairs in the living room had tears in the fabric, and the mattress had stains on it that we didn’t see until we stripped the bed. Some repair/replacement would make this an outstanding place to stay.

Our grandsons really enjoyed having the beach and pool close by.The owner provided lots of pool toys which were a bonus during the stay. In addition kayaking with their dad each morning for breakfast to the nearby restaurants was a highlight for them.

I love that this condo is on the "Sound Side" of the beach. The water is calm and shallow and there is a great little beach. Very comfortable place. Highly recommend.
