The property is perfect for small groups of friends or families. This property features two-bedrooms, one bathroom, two toilets (one toilet is in the backyard). We provide a split system unit (heating and cooling) in the living room and heaters in the bedrooms.

We take pride in offering a clean space for our guests. We provide all the essentials you need for a comfortable stay, including fresh linens, towels, and toiletries. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and utensils, allowing you to prepare your favourite meals during your stay.

Parking is a breeze with space available in the driveway for two- three cars, providing secure off-street parking. Additionally, there is ample free parking available on the street, ensuring convenience for additional vehicles or visitors. Please note that the garage is not included.

Welcome to our Sovereign Hill Cosy Home which is a newly furnished cosy unit located in Golden Point. Ideal for anyone coming into Ballarat looking to explore major tourist destinations such as Sovereign Hill Gold Mine Tours and Museum only 2 minutes’ drive away, Kryal Castle only 12 minutes’ drive away, Lake Esmond a 2 minutes’ drive away, Lake Wendouree and Ballarat Botanical Gardens around 8 minutes away and the Wildlife Park being 3 minutes’ drive away. Our Sovereign Hill Cosy Home has easy access to public transport with the 20 Bus less than 3 minutes’ walk from the house, the V-Line only 5 minutes’ drive and the airport shuttle buses only a 6 minute from the property. Further our Sovereign Hill Cosy Home is only 5 minutes’ drive from Ballarat Central (CBD) where you can find several amazing cafes and restaurants or if you would like somewhere closer The Red Lion Ballarat restaurant is only a 3 minutes’ walk from the property.

Golden Point is a great base for exploring Ballarat and the surrounding area, offering a mix of outdoor activities, cultural experiences, and historical sites to enjoy.

Other Things to Note:
We are currently set for 4 people however, please let us know if there are 6-7 guests as we can add these extra items for an extra fee:

- 1 double mattress (mattress only)
- 1 single trundle.

Please note, we need at least 72 hours to set up the extra mattresses.

This property features two toilets (one of which is in the backyard).

Guests have access to the whole house excluding the garage. Parking is available in our driveway for up to 2 small cars. There is also street parking around the house.
