About this house rental
Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Goldfields Hideaway is perfectly located for a family getaway or business in Ballarat. A five minute drive will have you at either Sovereign Hill, The Ballarat Wildlife Park or the CBD. There is also a skate park and swimming pool a short walk away for the kids and the choice of 3 different golf clubs within a 15 minute drive. Conveniently there is a beautiful Italian restaurant a few steps away and some great local cafes close by
This modern architecturally designed home has a few unique surprises and a great view from the back patio across to Sovereign Hill. Positioned in a quite back street with a big backyard and some beautiful bird life this peaceful home will be perfect for your stay.
Enough space for everyone a well equipped kitchen with an over sized oven and a generous living area. The main bathroom has shower and bath with separate toilet.
There are 3 good sized bedrooms in the main house, all with built in cupboards. The master with ensuite, walk in robe and access to an upstairs office area.
The fourth bedroom is in the bottom level of the house a big space for a separate couple or teenagers retreat, this room has central heating and a split system as well for the hotter nights. Please be aware access to this room is outside and down the stairs refer to photos for a clearer picture of set up.

A centrally situated property close to most needed facilities and tourist attractions. The house does need some maintenance done such as privacy blinds in master bedroom, cabinet doors edges reglueing and Ikea dining chair fixing and gutters cleaning but otherwise ok.
