It was good for a long weekend at the beach…dining area is a little tight but it worked fine. Golf cart was nice and the available beach accessories.

This house is tucked into some trees and fairly private from the main road. The lot next door is currently being prepared for new construction, but the noise was minimal during our stay. The porch was our favorite hang out spot in the evening. We even got to see deer. The firepit was unusable our trip due flooding after a recent hurricane. The golf cart was a life saver for getting to the beach. However, it should be noted that there is no legal way to take the golf cart out of the neighborhood which is off Coast Guard Road. The new kitchen in this house was great! It was well stocked and clean. The beds are comfortable. There were plenty of provided bath towels, washcloths and kitchen towels. The shower water pressure was great and never ran out of hot water. There is a pet fee $250 which was not listed in property details. Overall, my family had a great week and the rental company was very pleasant.

It was a nice place, but there were issues. One was not your problem, however - construction workers beside us had indecent language, VERY much so. The other issue was the outgoing cleaning crew. I did not know my grandson left his "Beats" earphones at our house. I did not know that. More information..
