Located 5 houses from the beach, Maggie's Place is an Oceanside charming updated 3 bedroom 2 bath Home with 2 King bedrooms, a dog friendly-fenced backyard and three porches.The stunning home comes with the added convenience of a completely remodeled fully equipped kitchen. High-speed wireless internet, 4 Roku TVs, a multitude of streaming and accessibilities, 2 DVD players and a printer!
The fenced backyard includes a gazebo with both gas and charcoal barbecue grills. Enjoy the ocean breezes from the screened porch. Watch birds and summer rains from the covered porch or star gaze from the master bedroom private balcony. The dog gates permit fury family members to enjoy the porch and access the backstairs to the yard. A Soft Sided Dog Crate (42 in x 31 in x 31 in) is provided.
The deep sectional makes a perfect napping couch for two. Ceiling fans and blackout curtains are in every room bedroom. The Mini-Split Air Conditioner upstairs keeps the private master bedroom cool.
The Ekornes chair and Tempur-pedic bed topper comfort those with temperamental backs.
Take a break from the beach and enjoy a game of corn hole or ping pong, gather around the gas firepit, swing or sway in the hammock. Maggie's Place includes high chair, pack n play, and baby pool for your little ones!

Rents Weekly Saturday - Saturday. Rents Nightly with a 3 night minimum in advance during Off Season, last minute during In Season.

We loved that there was a carport and its proximity to the beach. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were a good size. The kitchen appliances were modern and the living area was comfortable. Loved having a screened porch, though the weather was too hot for us to really enjoy it. Cons: Construction was happening next door so that was loud in the early morning. The glassware was mostly wine glasses, so not very family friendly. Just a few "regular" glasses for water, etc. Also, didn't love having to go outside and downstairs to get to the laundry facilities. Overall, we had a great time.
