Looking for a quaint cottage with access to the Sun and Sea? Sol-E-Mar is the place to hang your heart. This Oceanside Interior home is located a few minutes golf cart ride to the beach access...your toes will be in the sand in no time!
On the ground level, you will find the garage with the golf cart for easy beach access and the bicycle if you want to explore the miles of bike path in Emerald Isle.
The 2nd level is the main living area which has a split floor plan. The living, dining, and kitchen area open onto an expansive screened porch overlooking one of the neighborhood’s natural areas with abundant wildlife. To the right of the great room is the king master with a private bath. Decorated in soft blues to ensure a calming space for easy relaxation! The laundry area is conveniently located across the hall. To the left of the great room is the kid’s room with a pyramid bunk and the hall bath which is shared with the living area. As part of the Spinnaker’s Fresh Bed Promise all bed linens will be laundered between guests, even the comforters.
To the back of the 2nd level, you will find the stairway to the 3rd level. Here you will find a very private queen room with its own bath.
While making long-lasting memories at Sol e Mar you will have access to the community pool, bathhouse, beach access, and golf cart parking all at the corner of Shipwreck Lane and Louise Howard Court. This hub of the community is located a casual 5-10 minute stroll or even faster golf cart ride away.

I’ve been coming to EI for 16 yrs. This is out second time in this neighborhood. Spinnakers Reach is a great property manager and neighborhood is clean and friendly. The golf cart was a plus getting to the beach every day. Place just looks a little tired. A ceiling fan in the screened in porch would be helpful otherwise but nice having screened enclosure. The outdoor shower barely worked. We cleaned the shower head with vinegar and it help a little-should just be replaced. Kitchen spigot doesn’t shut off all the way and drips if you don’t take the time to find the right sweet spot. Additionally, all knives in house are extremely dull and sharpeners in house are spent. So, would recommend bringing you own if you plan on cooking a lot. Had a great stay and only 1 day of rain. Love the neighborhood- close to everything!

Clean, beautiful house. Loved the high ceilings and hardwood floors. Kitchen was fully stocked. Very close to beach- golf cart was a nice bonus but an easy walk. Surrounded by nature-saw deer, frogs, and turtles. Loved the screened porch. Beach was beautiful and not crowded. Pool was nice. Will definitely return!
