This LaQuinta Palms condo has it all AND is fresh off of a completed renovation (new floors, bathroom updates, smart home updates, new TV, etc.)
It's a 2b/2ba with full tub and shower in each bathroom. "Great" kitchen/living room is very open and has high ceiling that opens onto a greenbelt/pool behind the unit. Master and 2nd bed/bath are separated by "great" room for privacy. Master has slider that opens onto back porch and has a walk-in closet.
There are multiple pools, hot tub, tennis/pickleball courts, and plenty of great walking/green areas inside the gated community.
This location is difficult to beat. It's centrally located in Coachella Valley and is only a short drive from so many destinations including El Paseo, Coachella, 10 freeway, Old Town LaQuinta, Indian Wells Tennis Center, Acrisure (new hockey/concert venue), Agua Calente Casino, golf clubs/courses, shopping, restaurants, and much more
Please note there will be shared driveway you can have up to two cars on the left side of driveway. Cars must be parked in driveway overnight otherwise you can be ticketed by HOA no overnight parking on street. Also please be aware the condo has shared wall with neighbor and an attached studio with separate entrance. The garage is not accessible for storage or parking.
