The open living concept incorporates the kitchen, formal and informal eating areas and great room into one large entertainment area featuring comfortable seating that includes 2 recliners, 2 occasional chairs and a large L shaped couch. A 55” Plasma TV is mounted on an arm that allows adjustments for an excellent visual experience from anywhere in the room and is complimented by a blue ray disc player.

Adjacent to the main living area is a den with a double door entry, if needed for privacy. This room can lend itself to additional sleeping capacity with use of a twin sofa sleeper and twin roll away that is also available.

The master bedroom boasts a comfortable new king size bed, its own 42” Plasma TV, a recliner and a décor that will invite serenity. Located on a greenbelt, the sliding glass doors allow the luxury of enjoying a view to the pool area and beyond to mountain vistas. An attached master bath offers dual sinks, a shower and bath tub separate from one another and a huge walk in closet.

Two secondary bedrooms are both furnished with comfortable, new queen size beds, are nicely decorated and each has a 32” flat screen TV. A centrally located second bathroom has dual sinks and a tub/shower combination.

The eat-in kitchen offers an island eating area that seats 3 as well as a draw leaf table that expands to seat 6. The kitchen is well stocked with quality appliances, both large and small, and all the cooking and eating utensils you desire, both indoor and out.
