Living Room: Step into an expansive, open-concept family room featuring stunning vaulted ceilings, a massive 85-inch 4K HDTV, and a sleek wet bar complete with a dedicated wine cooler.
Chef’s Kitchen: Fully equipped for entertaining, featuring a large granite island, high-end stainless steel appliances, and a premium Sub-Zero refrigerator.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms: The home comfortably accommodates groups with 4 beautifully appointed bedrooms—including two spacious master suites—and 2.5 bathrooms.
OUTDOOR OASIS:
Pool & Spa: A Wi-Fi-controlled PebbleTec pool and hot tub highlighted by a beautiful rock fountain waterfall. It also features a built-in pool chiller system to keep the water perfectly refreshing during the hot summer months.
Outdoor Kitchen: Entertain al fresco with a built-in BBQ island and a covered bar offering ample seating.
Fire Pit: Gather around the gas fire pit in the evenings under the desert stars.
The Neighborhood:
This home is located in the Bermuda Dunes Country Club which is a secure and gated community.
Other Things to Note:
Minimum Stay: Please note that our HOA requires a 30-night minimum stay for all bookings. Only friends and family can stay for fewer than 30 nights.
Pet Policy: We love animals! Pets are welcome to join you for a $200 fee per stay.
Pool Heating: Pool heating is expensive in the desert. There is a small additional fee if you would like the pool heated above the normal temperature during your stay.
Location: We are close to the Empire Polo Club (Coachella/Stagecoach) and the Indian Wells Tennis Garden.
