The well-thought-out layout places the 3 bedrooms and the 4th bedroom turned into a den with a futon, at the opposite end of the home, ensuring privacy from the vibrant living spaces. The master suite, a true highlight, is generously sized and opens to the inviting pool/spa area. Revel in the comfort of a colossal walk-in closet and a spa bathroom boasting a double vanity, soaking tub, and a walk-in shower.
Monticello II is renowned for its immaculate grounds, privacy, central location, and tranquil ambiance within the gated community. Prepare for a relaxing getaway – simply pack your swimwear and toothbrush, and indulge in the serenity of this desert retreat.

-No pets allowed without prior approval and pet fee
-No pets allowed without prior approval and pet fee
-Additional $1,500 refundable security deposit required for all bookings not booked through abnb
-IDs required for all guests aged 18 and over

-No Street Parking
-Bookings made with credit card on any platform aside from abnb are subject to a non-refundable 5% credit card processing fee if cancelled and qualifies for a refund. (will receive 95% instead of 100%, 45% instead of 50%)
