Saona Villas presents this large holiday villa for 8 people with 4 bedrooms, private swimming pool and beautiful views of the coast in Calpe (Costa Blanca). The villa is partly air-conditioned and has free WiFi.
The property is in a quiet residential area of Calpe with open views of the coast, the Peñon de Ifach and the sea. The villa is close to the village and beaches. The center of Calpe is 2 km away (5 minutes by car). Supermarkets: 1.8 km. Arenal Beach: 2.5 km.
Equipment: Free WiFi Internet connection. Hair dryer. Washing machine. Air conditioning: in the living room. Three of the bedrooms are equipped with fans.
On the ground floor: Large living / dining room (with TV, air conditioning, and beautiful views of the terrace). Independent and equipped kitchen (with ceramic hob, fridge - freezer - oven - microwave - dishwasher - coffee maker - toaster - blender). 1 double bedroom (with a double bed) and its adjoining bathroom (with bathtub and shower). WC.
Upstairs (with interior staircase): Rest room. 1 double bedroom (with a double bed and a terrace with a beautiful view). 1 double bedroom (with a double bed) communicating with: 1 double bedroom (with 2 single beds). 2 shower rooms (one of which is adjoining).
Outside: Beautiful private swimming pool of 8 x 4 m with interior steps and exterior shower. Large terrace with deckchairs and barbecue, partly covered. Private parking for 2 vehicles.
