About this apartment rental
This delightful Moraira Apartment is set in the most beautiful and well maintained communal gardens with two swimming pools, an abundance of pine trees and mature palms to take shade under, pretty mature bushes and flowers, all in this tranquil and peaceful setting. Just a 5 minute drive to the town centre of Moraira. There is also a walking path which takes approximately a 30 minute easy walk to the town centre.
There are two good sized bedrooms, 1 bathroom, open plan kitchen, cosy lounge with hot and cold airconditioning, and a log effect electric stove for those winter months, a glass conservatory looking out to the gardens and pool, and an open terrace to enjoy your morning cup of tea or coffee, or relax after a day at the beach with a glass of chilled wine. You also have a nice front garden with table and chairs for 4 people.
The master bedroom is a good size with fitted wardrobes lots of light from its sunny aspect, and pleasantly decorated. The twin guest bedroom also has fitted wardrobes, and looks out to the rear gardens and forest. The shower / bathroom has recently undergone a complete renovation so is all brand new, modern and fresh.
The kitchen also recently has had a complete renovation and is now open plan and modern with an induction hob, very well equipped and a good size.
The lovely conservatory with glass doors that lead out to the mature pretty gardens, and one of the two pools, is truly a beautiful location, and being a corner unit you also have a lot of privacy as well.
The apartment is located in a quiet residential road which is wide and has plenty of parking.

The property is well equipped and in a great location, a car is essential though. The communal areas with pools were fantastic and well maintained with great views of the surrounding countryside.The apartment itself has everything needed for a great stay, perhaps some features are a little dated and require an update. A little attention to detail needed particularly in the bathroom/shower where the tiles and grouting need some restoration. Paula met us on arrival and was very welcoming and showed us all around the apartment. Overall, a great stay and would recommend

A lovely 9 day stay in this lovely apartment. Paula met us on arrival and was lovely and very helpful. Everything we needed in the kitchen. The communal barbecue was great. The complex was very quiet with beautiful gardens. Pool maintenence was routinely carried out and pool was very clean. Couldnt have asked for more really.

The gardens and the pool are just lovely. The flat has everything you need. The process and the hand holding was totally reassuring and professional. Quiet location about 2km from town. Plenty of quiet residential parking. Really can't fault the experience

Another fantastic holiday in this amazing small boutique feeling complex. Apartment was in a great location with a rear balcony area and the benefit of a ground floor front garden area which was perfect for sun lounging and eating outside. Paula was a superb host as per usual and any small issues dealt with promptly and satisfactorily. We will definitely be back again and again !
