About this villa rental
The detached villa Los Leudis“, surrounded by a subtropical garden, located on a little hill covered with pine trees, has an excellent view over the sea and Moraira. The area is quiet off the main roads with little traffic. The walking distance to the town and the beaches is only 10 -15 minutes, to the next supermarket /restaurant only 400 m. The house (about 140 sqm) has 2 bedrooms with aircon in the upper part, 1 separate apartment for 2 additional people downstairs, 3 bathrooms (2 en-suite), a modern kitchen with utility room, a large living room with dining area, a glazed and several open terraces, a private pool with shower, a brick barbecue and a carport with gate and lock.The house is completely equipped and furnished in a Spanish-German style.To the equipment belongs central heating with hot water, Sat/Smart-TV with Netflix,YouTube etc., rapid Internet/WLAN, aircon in 2 bedrooms, video, radio with CD player, DVD, washing machine, dishwasher, large fridge with deep freeze drawers, coffee machines, microwave, toaster, egg-cooker, ventilators, iron, etc.

We loved this villa.
The views from the villa are amazing and you are only 1.5km from the stunning coastline of Moraira.
The villa has a wonderful sea view and a stunning valley view from one side as well.
There is a supermarket approximately 5 mins walk alongside 2 English run pubs (if thats your thing).
The area itself is beautiful and all the houses surrounding the villa are of the highest standard. Moraira is like a small French Riveria.
If you are a foody you will also love here. There are no less than 11 restaraunts with at least 1 michelan star withing 15km. This uplifts all the restaurants in the area as it brings young talented chefs who open their own more affordable restaurants.
Klaus who owns the villa is extremely helpful and his communication was always perfect. If you need anything Klaus only lives 5 mins away and hes always happy to help. Klaus is an absolute gentleman.
All in all a wonderful stay and we will be back.

We have had a lovely week here, couldn’t have wanted for any more, Klaus and Rosemarie we so welcoming and always there if we needed anything. Would 100% recommend anyone to stay here.

This is a very good value property in a great location - walking distance to Moraira but be aware it’s up hill on the way home. Certainly need a car to do shopping and get your stuff to the beach.
Very easy communication with the lovely owners who checked us in and showed us how things work.
The villa is exactly as described and well equipped - some things are a little tired but everything works fine. (The towels were disappointing so if you like a big fluffy one take your own😁)
The pool is clean and private with a large enough terrace and the view to the sea is good.
If you’re looking for “modern luxury” it’s not for you but for most of us it will be a great place for a very enjoyable holiday 👍

We hebben twee heerlijke weken gehad. Klaus en Rosi zijn de perfecte gastheer/gastvrouw. Het huis was zeer schoon bij aankomst. Heerlijke bedden en verder alles aanwezig voor een aangenaam verblijf. Het uitzicht is fantastisch en het is heerlijk om je eigen zwembad te hebben. Een auto is wel een must. Wij hebben genoten en komen graag terug! Klaus en Rosi, bedankt voor jullie gastvrijheid.
