Spacious 5-room villa with a private pool, free Wi-Fi, 3 bedrooms (2 of which have air conditioning), 2 bathrooms, a large dining room, a spacious living room, a veranda, a fully equipped kitchen, an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue, and a large shaded terrace with many palm trees. The master bedroom with an en suite bathroom opens directly onto the pool. The kitchen also opens onto the outdoors. The house is ideal for 2 to 6 people. We have a fold-out crib.
Available amenities: washing machine, ironing board, TV, bookshelf, and several relaxation areas both in front of and behind the house.
Private parking with an electric gate, and a large private parking area outside the courtyard that can accommodate a camper car.La house is a 5-minute drive from the beaches and downtown. A few shops, restaurants, and bars are located 350 meters from the house.
Villa Flora is located 20 minutes from Calpe and 63 km from the Alicante airport.
The Sabatera neighborhood is well-known and very quiet.
The villa has a large, fully enclosed, well-maintained garden and a private pool (8x4 meters) with an outdoor shower.
It offers plenty of privacy from the neighborhood.
Note on the location: the Costa Blanca region has one of the best climates in the world, and beautiful towns like Moraira and Calpe nestled between the mountains and the sea. This part of the Spanish coast enjoys an average annual temperature of 18°C.
For hiking or rock climbing enthusiasts, mountains such as the Peñón in Calpe or the Montgó between Dénia and Jávea offer exciting challenges. Mundomar, Aqualandia, Terra Mítica, and the Safari Park are sure to delight visitors of all ages.
