This adorable cottage welcomes you to the historic district of St. Augustine! Perfect for a couple's romantic getaway or solo retreat, Saragossa Sunshine Unit B is surrounded by beautiful historic homes, and is just a couple of blocks from the famous pedestrian-only St. George Street, as well as a short walk to Castillo de San Marcos, magnificent historic churches, museums, and a plethora of restaurants, shops, bars, galleries and antique shops. Park once and never get in your car again! In addition, sun and surf on Vilano Beach as close as a 3 mile drive or 15 minute bike ride away! St. Augustine Beach Pier, beach strip, and island attractions such as the St. Augustine Amphitheatre, St. Augustine Lighthouse, and Alligator Farm are all within a 5 mile drive, just over the historic Bridge of Lions.
Saragossa Sunshine is furnished and equipped with you in mind! The bedroom is outfitted with a king-sized bed and a large screen TV. A modern luxurious bathroom with black and white tile is equipped with a walk-in shower. Enjoy small meals or snacks in the living area which features comfortable seating, a kitchenette with microwave, coffee maker, and full-size refrigerator, dining space, and TV. Soft touches, pleasing decor, and conveniences such as starter amenities and board games will enhance your enjoyment of the cottage.

It was very clean, bed was comfortable and a great shower. We were there 2 nights and there was only 1 coffee cup. They did bring drinking glasses and coffee cups sometime on the 2 second day.but over all a pleasant stay.

Small but perfect place for a couple. Such a walkable location to the heart of downtown. 5-10 minutes. No oven but who needs that on vacation. If you happen to be working WiFi works great.

Property was great & very convenient for walking to historic district only negative was we could not turn on ceiling fans in bedroom. Very comfy bed!

place is clean nice lay out off street parking and in walking distance to most attractions. No light over the bath sink very difficult to shave or wife t put on makeup, Sofa sleeper in the Living room was horrible to even sit on way to deep and slopes to the floor. Then returning late one night no light to a dark walk way to the entrance i tripped on the stairs we did find that someone had turn off the motion light switch which has a cover over it so that wont happen. I really think that owners need to spend a few days at there rentals and see how there properties fair.
